Photographer Ron Rich also told me he has photos of Iggy on drums playing with the MC5 in 69, hopefully we'll see these in Robert Matheu's book. There's also those photos of the MC5/Stooges joint signing to Elektra. | |

Not surprised really, I can't imagine we'll ever get to see this one. Not sure I'd really want to see Iggy blue and at death's door. There's another Iggy in the bathtub shot though, taken just before the Asbury park gig in 1970 at the Chelsea Hotel, that one might appear somewhere hopefully. | |

i dont think ive heard this story, what happened? Iggy & Davis were both pretty far gone at that point. Iggy OD'd at Davis' apartment & that's pretty much it. Not to be morbid about it, but Iggy, Keith Richards etc. have done a lot to (inadvertantly) glamorize heroin use. A few pictures of the down-side might smarten a few people up.
