What's the tight pants story? Did the london stooges put out a pre-raw power single? Or was it a pre-raw power recording that was later bootlegged?

It's a pre Raw Power demo, recorded in London. It was in the box of stuff James Williamson sold to Greg Shaw. Greg put it out as an EP on his "Bomp" label, along with "I'm Sick Of You" and "Scene Of The Crime" (also pre-RP demo's).
