| Hello People. Had this lying around for years. And it's soooo yellowed it needed preserving otherwise for posterity. 1975 was a lean year, so this -IMO - is an interesting read. The (aborted) recording of "Sell Your Love" with Bowie is mentioned. And fisticuffs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry they're big files but they need to be in order to be readable - Enjoy | |

| What a great read! Thanks for preserving it.
This bit made me laugh though -
"Steve MacKay died of an overdose some time back"
Did anyone tell Steve? He seemed full of beans at that Careless Hearts gig a few weeks back!
Cheers,

I reckon it's either Joanna or No Sense Of Crime. - more likely the latter. I suspect Mr Kent was giving an airing of "Kill City", which was being hawked around at the time. Don't forget this is 3 years before it saw the light of day.
Also mentioned are tracks demoed in London. 4 songs is stated. Again, a couple of years before some of them were released. Where are "Fresh Rag" & "Search And Destroy"?
It's not exactly the most factual piece I've ever read.......... So it's either existence doubtful or missing presumed lost status for those beauties.
One (or two) more for EA to find? | |

| Great read. I've read excerpts before, but never the whole thing. Funny stuff with Elton's manager. And no wonder Iggy reacted so violently to the mention of Danny Sugerman in recent years. (Still can't believe that guy ended up with Ollie North's secretary). | |
