| Sex Pistols - No Fun.
Sid Vicious does a mean "Search and Destroy" on "Sid Sings". Rough, but sweet.

| The Gargoyles did an excellent version of Kill City. Wish they had stuck around for awhile longer - they were great. | |

| Wydle Rattz doing FunHouse
Does that count since Ron is playing?
Otherwise, my vote goes to the Sex Pistols doing No Fun.

| Although the Pistols' No Fun is a snarling pleasure, Chainsaw's version on the cd We're Not Very Nice actually preceded it live since it had been part of the singer's repertoire in his former band, and restored the full on assault aspect once recorded. 'Also partial to the Pandoras' cover of Loose which never made it to the studio. Paula Pierce made an incredibly vulgar display of it, a most fun role reversal for a Stooges' song all things considered!

| Never heard their version of Loose, but I loved the first Pandoras album, and I can well imagine what Paula could have done with it. | |

| I used to hate the Dictators 'Search & Destroy' but its kinda grown on me over the years. Redd Kross 'Anne' ? and the Mysterians - Loose, pretty kitsch B12 - Fresh Rag, I think this is my favourite. | |
