Failing that, I'd love to know if there's anywhere on the web you can look through old issues of NME, Rolling Stone etc (I know some libraries used to do this with some titles). Creem do an archive but I think you have to pay a subscription.

I'd also like to find a vintage rock magazine articles forum, if anyone knows of one.

I bought Issues 1-8 of Zygote (a NY mag from 1970) recently as a job lot just to get the Stooges article in volume 7. I then managed to sell 1-6 & 8 for more than double what I paid which was nice - I photographed most of the articles and would like to put them somewhere on the web for people who might be interested.

I found one for you, I tested it and it's very good - http://www.onlineocr.net/

1) Save the picture (Jpeg) to your PC.
2) Browse for the saved file and upload
3) enter the code and press "recognise"
