Thanks for linking to my blog...does anyone have any idea where this photo originally appeared? Was it a publicity shot or in a magazine?

I do not know where or when this photo originally appeared.

There are more shots than this one photo. I can tell you that it surfaced later on in some non American magazines. Back in the day, I had almost all the press ever given the Stooges. This photo or similar photos were not published at that time.

To be honest, there were so many of those releases at some point in the 90's (I think) that I stopped paying attention. Which is probably why I missed the use of the car photos.
