I recorded a cover of Dog Food and converted the video and the shittty program destroyed most of the video. I didnt see this untill i uploaded the cover and deleted the original video....
im going to record it later again but does anyone know of any good free conversion software?

You got some good finger picking skills there, well done! If you are using Linux or similar, there are plenty, if you are talking about just the converting(not the making). For Windows I don't know. If you're looking for video-editing software though, I'm looking for a proper one myself.
