Any Stooges(03-08, with ron on axe) shows on LP/Vinyl?

Hi.

Been a while since I visited the forum. Good to see that it's still up and on.

Was thinking if there's any good 2003-2008 Stooges shows on vinyl?

I'v seen Telluric Chaos being mentioned a couple of times. A good show, would be great on vinyl, but I can't find it anywhere.

Anyone who knows where it can be found, or other similar shows? I think I'v seen some before, but bummer I never picked one up. I realised I really want one since I got Raw power Live on vinyl.

would def. recommend Stukas over Disney vs. the serbia gig : smokin' concert , really fun title and lp sleeve , really a good buy ! that gig was pretty much for europe what coachella was for the US in terms of wait and hope...

never really liked the sound on ( the official ) telluric chaos.

I actually like Telluric Chaos very much. I listened mostly(more or less only) to Raw power for about 2 years before getting full into the two first albums, and Telluric taught me to love the sound of S/t and Funhouse.

Much why I like it is that it has the cold fluid qualities of S/t constanty clashing with the warm anarchy of Funhouse.

The guitar is constantly going against the saxophone on a battleground held up by the bas and the drums and on top of everything is Iggy, saluted by a marvelous audience!

Sure the songs doesn't have the bass omph or clarity some recordings does, but the dynamic is a different beast for me in Telluric Chaos. It really sounds like if I'm being under the same roof as the 2003-line up playing.

And also, Skull rings, Little electric chair, Dead rock star and Idea of fun almost sound like real classics thanks to the screaming saxophone(It's sad that Idea of fun never had sax besides on T-chaos).
I'm still amazed how bad ass Skull ring sounds. I only wish electric chair had some more bass to it, but it still sounds like the soundtrack to a battle tank doing back flips through rings of fire.

But enough of selling Telluric chaos with shitty superlatives.

I'v actually found Stukas over Disneyland and the exit festival on vinyl in Sweden. But how are the sound quality of those? Are they ripped from some tv recording or something?

And I'v emailed the seller on ebay about T.C!

Saw Iggy and the stooges in Stockholm a week ago. Really good. Hopefully they'll get one last record out with the likes of Open up and bleed, Gimme some skin, Sick of you, Cock in my pocket, Head on, Heavy Liquid and I got a right soon. And in the same time the jim jarmusch documentary. Would be a ball!

Stukas is probably same source as cd version ( to be confirmed , anyone ? ) which is audience recording.

For me it's the less rare the better actually. The easier to get hold of, the better Smile

Thing was that I hadn't seen it anywhere for sale on ebay or such, that's why I thought it wasn't common to get by or so.
