Well, with my extremely pedantic head on, in the band called 'Iggy & The Stooges' JW is technically the original guitarist and Ron the original bassist...

Current NYC time is now GMT less 4 hours. The UK is on summer time now so for us it's GMT less 5, so 5pm Eastern is 10pm in the UK. For France it should be the same, unless you also do a summer time thing, in which case 11pm.

NPR is re-running the show right now as an ongoing post, apparently.

I was able to download the whole show using the VideoDownloadHelper add on for Firefox.

I got some fuzzy flv (when in full screen) and some OK mpeg4 audio (I may have an old version of VDH).

About 48 minutes of music, 146 MB.

Very strange, mine was 900MB and seems to be the whole show. The download said 2GB for me also

great gig, new songs sound really well live and the explanations for the three themes was entertaining, band are still great, iggys looking good if a bit roughed up but like he said if he lives to be 106 he'd do it again

does anyone have the audio from the stream?

I just ran Audacity whilst the thing was streaming and got a basic audio to play back. Seemed to work ok. I can't figure out how to download the video at all. Completely beyond my ken. Pesky technology.
