Anyone seen one of these before - Stooges S/T Vinyl

This isn't my ebay sale but wondering if anyone has seen this label before.
The record isn't mint for sure and it has owners name on the label and cover - which would put me off right away anyway.
Haven't seen this in the discography section.

South Africa press maybe. I wouldn't mind having it, even with name on label/cover.

No, I wanted to give it a try, but price went too high...
