I love this song so much (especially the full version with "The Dance Of Romance"). Is there any, ANY chance at all of The Stooges playing it live?

There's always a chance I guess, but seeing as how they've been going with roughly the same set for the past 5 years and it's not been played then it's got to be a very slim one.
But, I agree with you, it would be really great to hear this one live. It would give Ron a chance to really let rip.

Love it! Also - and this is incredibly nerdy, I do realize - as a linguistics student/geek I get a kick out of the way he pronounces "Ann" with an initial "h" at the beginning of phrases. You can just barely hear it, but it's there. Iggy's pronunciation/dialect is actually quite fun to analyze. Smile

Anyway, yes, beautiful song, especially the extended jam version! It certainly would be wonderful to hear them play it again...

can't say how much I love this track. The guitar, to begin with, is the eeriest, spookiest, dreamiest, most other-worldly sound I EVER heard. usually I play it about twenty times in a row

Yeah, that's what makes the early records sound so awesome, when iggy gives his voice a bit more air, it sounds kind of vigorous. You can also hear this on "No Fun".
and yes, it would be awesome to hear "Ann" live again.
