about the jazz influence in the band while Dave was there, his onetime girlfriend did say that he listened to a lot of jazz but unfortunately she couldn't name which artists, exactly. I guess just the usual, coltrane, sanders davis et al. but then of course the whole band was into jazz and stuff, then.

That they mentioned Dave! I was actually thinking, before I looked at it, that they would NEVER mention dave.. Just the usual jim morrison, brian jones and hendrix or cobain, that sort of thing, but there he was! Some people got sense in that music magazine after all.

All I have is the Boxing Ring take of TV Eye. My theory is when you hear that shout "You're Cheap!!", that could possibly be Dave. It could also be Scott but I've heard Scott speak and he doesn't sound like that.

Alright then as this thread is about Dave, we'll take about him, I guess. I heard that he dropped out of the first 45 minutes of his Senior year in high school in order to win a bet.
