Where is Natalie who did the Popped fanzine today?

Does anyone know the whereabouts of Natalie who did the Popped fanzine in the 70s?

Good question. I tried to contact her (well who I think was her) just to see if she fancied joining the forum, but I never got any reply.

I had met Natalie a couple times, the last time I saw her was at a Who concert in Philadelphia in late 1974. I am also trying to find her friend Debbie.

Here's an edition of Popped from 1970 that was published in a 1971 book called 20 Minute Fandangos and Forever Changes, it's really great and now I want to see the other issues of Popped even more:

wow a bit of absolutely INVALUABLE info about Dave's leaving the band...
didn't know he was so deep into that macrobiotic stuff ... actually, is this info for real???
but all this does chime in with the impression I got from 'Please Kill Me' et al...it wasn't just a a case of him getting fired.
what a shame he WANTED to leave, didn't he know what a talent he had?
then again, the Stooges sure didn't get much praise for musicianship....

I'm gonna try tracking down an email contact for Frank. Will let you know if I have any joy.

And that thing about John Bellisimo and his Stooges Epic sounds intrigueing. Suppose it never happened.

Will also post some of the other Stooges articles from the book once I photograph them.

Nitebob any chance of you posting your copies of Popped? if you don't have a scanner a reasonable rez digital camera works nicely.

The Popped zine was made using 1969-1970 technology...they were typed, then copied. remember....these copies are 40 years old. They have some fade issues. soon come, as I am away from NYC right now.
