Iggy Pop Recreates His Role as Angry Bob in Hardware Promo

Iggy filmed a vocal cameo as radio DJ for the 1990 movie, Hardware. He did this as a favor to the director, Richard Stanley, who made some music videos for Iggy.

My friend got the rights to the film for DVD/Bluray release. He had the brilliant idea to have Iggy recreate his role and film it as a promo piece to sell the disc. I was supposed to be the cameraman on the shoot, but it was so last minute that I couldn't get a plane ticket in time, but luckily I got to the meet and film Iggy and The Stooges in concert, which more than made up for everything.
