Guilfest freeze 1,000 tickets at 2008 prices

Guilfest organisers have put 1,000 early bird tickets on sale at 2008 prices in a Christmas promotion.

Festival-goers that buy two or more weekend tickets will also receive a free Guilfest DVD in time for Christmas Day.

Tickets are on sale now at £100 for a weekend pass with camping or £90 without.

Guilfest 2009 will take place at Stoke Park, Guilford in Surrey from 10-12 July with Iggy Pop and The Charlatans rumoured to be headlining.

I can honestly think of better ways to spend
£100.00 twice if I go with a friend !!!

I'm tempted but there's no gaurantee The Stooges will be playing. I'd rather go to a more intimate venue anyway

yeh im hopin they do some of these in the future, as in only these in the future, spose theyre a good festival band, so they dont mind playin that, but i'd love a nice intimate venue gig - oh here, just remebered, if this dates true and theyve started adding 2009 dates, is this for the 5th stooges album!!! i wonder.... and hope!
