| "God Is Dead"s music was sent to Iggy. Thats all I know of. Theres also bound to be demos from "The Wierdness" as they came up with at least 40 songs for it apparently. It would be a great thing to have in memory of Ron. That and Uganos of course. I still can't believe its true. | |

| they said they were recording in late 08 and early 09 didnt they? so maybe theres some rough stuff, probly nothing worth mentioning, maye easyaction can get somethin out, i dont even care, stooges/funhouse/weirdness is all i need, not to mention his amazing work as bassist, he was a hell of a bassist as well
still cant believe it either, he's just gone, its not fair, that seems to be the thing i keep thinking in my head ''its not fair''
- also i take it this is the end for iggy, stooges revitalised him, btu losing his best friend and his band in the same day, thats gunna crush hmi he probly wont wanna do anything now, so thats its, thats the whole legacy finished i guess, everythings finished, i knew i would see it but i didnt think it owuld be this soon

| I feel exactly the same way HJW. Fuck. It really is the end of The Stooges. When they originally split up there was always a chance but now theres none. Its over. Thats it. Gone. I'm so glad I put up the fight to go see them, I would be regretting it forever if I hadn't. It can't be. | |

| Honestly, a new album is the furthest thing from my mind. Right now, what really counts is how this has affected the Asheton family, Iggy and all their friends. Not to mention Ron's life getting cut way too short. Right now nothing else really matters. | |

Right now I want something to look forward to which this is, things aren't easy for me right now and my hero dying doesn't help. Seriously I've done nothing but cry and listen to The Stooges since I heard about this. Its not fair, it was way to soon.

Its not fair, it was way to soon. I know, man. I feel the same. Not trying to argue anything really, just my personal observation. Maybe in time, after the healing process, Scott and Iggy may have some material. Who knows. I just inadvertently called my boss at work "Ron". He looked at me with this puzzled expression. Ironically, his name is Scott...

| What are the odds that a deluxe edition of the Weirdness with all the songs that didn't make it on to the album could get released? I've heard the songs that didn't make it are actually more experimental and inventive than the ones that did because Iggy wanted to put out a "mainstream" sounding album that would sell. | |

Well the bonus tracks on the vinyl edition definettly make it seem that way. But I've been listening to "The Weirdness" a lot lately, I'm really enjoying it. Its a fun album.

| Probably more likely to be old Stooges (even better) - Easy Action say they have a Stooges project for March release. | |

Its not fair, it was way to soon. now i can't even hears the stooges album; listen that stuff and think he is dead it's too sad for me (i've try to listen THE DANCE OF ROMANCE on stooges deluxe edition, but iwas defenitely not in the mood) the only thing i could do is take my typewriter and write all the things came up about the stooges, ron and fun house. It reminds me the day when i learn hunter thompson day, it take few months to accept that the spirit is more important than everything at the end.

| I don't know. I dig people who are saying it's not the first thing on their minds, but then a shitload of unreleased stuff sounds healing to me. | |

sure man i'm still use a type writer, some guitarists use old fuzz and whawha as ron used too and prefer this from new technology sounds. with the type writer the sounds is different too you got the schlak-schalk-schlack-ding ! rythm. never judge a book by his cover. with a type writer you could obtain more dirty effect than a computer & printer... think about it... and typewriter is better for high trip (just look cronenberg's movie "the naked lunch")
