Stooges St Louis 70/71 photos

And as for the virtually unlistenable St Louis Startfighter boot, according to the barman a "better quality copy of that tape is circulating through traders" so if anyone can help me out, please let me know.

i have a copy, will not trade though... the starfighter version is about 6 or 7th gen... mines a very good 2nd gen

I wish that good quality Stooges boots (especially from 1970 / 1971) could be traded.
Never quite understood the rationale behind hoarding this sort of stuff myself, but if JLTS doesn't want to trade then I've got to respect those wishes.
But... it would be really cool if this stuff could be posted on Dimeadozen or another of those sharing sites.

i personally wouldnt mind trading, but the guy i got it from is the same that took them pictures from 70/71 and requested this disc dosent get traded.

Ok thanks for the explanation, but it's a bit of a shame isn't it?
There's so little early Stooges stuff available that anything new would be so very welcome, by so many people.

Well, Soldier Field from 1970 is now readily available and, amazingly, quite listenable, so it's possible some other early stuff could still see the light of day. It sounds like Paul T has heard at least two early tapes (unganos and chicago?) that the rest of us haven't. Can you tell us anymore, Paul ?

At least plenty of the Raw Power era shows got recorded.
