Well The Stooges show I went to (Harewood House, Leeds, 2007) was for charity. Because of this there was a competition "If you text IGGY to blah, blah, blah..." and there was 3 prizes. I won the second after wasting all my mobile credit. The second was 2 VIP passes so I went to the tent only to realise I wouldn't meet Iggy . He with the rest of the Stooges was in the "Artist's tent".

So after drinking the equivelent of my phone credit in free booze and deaving all of the security people I went back to the hotel...though I did see the guitarist of The Horrors fall off a spacehopper.

Back home my dad phoned the company who organised it who recognised me as "the annoying guy who moaned and about not seeing Iggy for 2 hours and was probably not old enough to drink beer". They said they might have some signed posters hanging around and whala! I had my poster.


THE BIT OF SOME RELEVENCE
So just keep talking to security people (they might even give you a set list, I know ZinZin got one or picks JLTS got some) and phone the venue the very next day, they'll be cleaning up and may have some great Stooges bits and peices lying around.

Yeah, In NYC this year, I talked to the Chris after the show, and he came over to me, and handed a few Ron picks.

And last year in Detroit, I got a setlist from security !
