Soulseek seems to me to be one of the best file sharing sites, but the info / songs you find there can still be wildly incorrect. It all depends on the uploader anyway. If he/she wants to wrongly title songs then there's nothing anyone can do.
I've never understood why Edwyn Collins' song keeps getting mislabled. It sounds nothing like Iggy. But once the error is made it becomes perpetuated via the sharing process. For some reason Billy Idol's horrid version of "Heroin" often crops up retitled as an Iggy Pop track too...

have u searched by ramones files? you can found a song 'Ramones - My Sharona'. the same happened for both

Not a bad song, but when it came out it got so much airtime...overkill.

I can't beleive nobodyys mentioned one of the most common Iggy cock ups on file sharing sites (especially Limewire) it claims that the original Lust For Life version of "The Passenger" is a duet between U2 and Johnny Cash.

I love this song and the way Edwin Collins sings it
I can see Iggy singing this song too.
