Free Speed Kills Live Adelaide 1989 CD

I purchased Where The Faces Shine 2 from Amazon and just recently realized that they did not include the free CD Speed Kills 89. I have noticed that a fair number of Speed Kills CD's have been sold separately. Shouldn't the free CD's have been shipped to, and thus distributed by Amazon? Any way, I desperately would like to have a copy of the CD (which I should have got with the purchase of the box set). Can anyone help me out with a sound file (mp3 is fine by me)?
