| Had a long thought and listen on this topic..here's the result my album mix would be a special mix from Stooges and Iggy stuff like this: Disc One: 1. Dirt 2. I Need somebody 3. Johanna (8min) 4. I Felt The Luxury 5. One For My Baby 6. Ballad of Hollis Brown 7. Purple Haze cov. by Iggy 8. Penetration 9. Open Up And Bleed 10. Cry For Me 11. Gimme Danger 12. Corruption 13. Lust For Life 14. Little Doll 15. Down On The Street 16. I Wanna Be Your Dog 17. Fun House 18. L.A. Blues Disc Two: 1. Head On 2. How it Hurts 3. I Got Nothing 4. Heavy Liquid 5. Loose 6. T.V. Eye 7. Search and Destroy 8. Shake Appeal 9. Gimme Some Skin 10. Sixteen 11. Private Hell 12. Nazi Girlfriend 13. The Passenger 14. Sister Midnight 15. Nightclubbing 16. To Belong 17. Highway Song 18. Dum Dum Boys 19. He's Frank It's a moody somewhat jazzy rock album with high energy peaks. Probably i want to refine it a bit more in a while like which takes, how long a take is..a title for the album...stuff like that. Any own thoughts on this topic? yr welcome.. Cheers

| WOW ....knew there must be some more die-hards out there. That's a VERY '80 orientated mix Ted ..like that. A lot from New Values - Party - Soldier - Zombie BH - Kill City and even a Sakamoto (Risky) you got there..great!!! Makes me curious how it sounds like you had put them together. And if you would make an album these days ??? YESSS track 18 disc one, will be the 17 min. version! I'll probably 'll use all longest versions there are for every track on the album. |

| GFE/Soldier ever tried to make a albumlist with songs you would like to listen at NON STOP? I put all the songs i liked together..ha....i found out i'm in a moody trip these days... always thought i would make a 90% high energy album!! This thread is about what you would put together now.. a year ago i would definitely put NO FUN in it wondering...how would your album sound if you had put it together in '87? btw think it's great that The Stooges and Iggy's music 's offering this huge diversity. so..hejhej show yr guts..how would your album look like!!!

| ZinZin I'll have to dig out some more 'old' compilations just for a laugh. I'm also going to try and put a fresh new list together for you. | |
