Yeah, they do! I was looking at the debut album for fucking ages when I first got it to see which ones were the brothers! Obviously I knew that Iggy wasnt a brother.

i'm too lazy to re-look it up, but they had a friend who had some sort of disease or some shit, and shaved his eye brows. practically a nod to him.

it was the 'local nutcase' or somethin like that, a mental patience who lived close or something called Jim Popp, wasnt it? and he was completely shaven, head and eyebrows, and iggy did the same to be different i think, for a gig

Yeah thats Iggy, taken in 1968 I'm guessing. He had a perm for a while

Shakes could be right but if I remember right Iggy shaved them off for one of their gigs and they took a long time to grow back

danny fields used to curl his hair back then didnt he? i remember nico hated it, or nico curled it and danny did something like brush it back and she didnt like that, and wanted it all over his face

I Thought it was when Iggy was shooting up Heroin and decided to Shave his eyebrows

That one has maybe already be posted, I remember it from months ago ; it only showed Dave and Iggy, and Nadja (I think) had mentioned she'd seen a bigger version with the whole band. Found it in the booklet of the first album's Rhino reissue.

Can anyone point me to a sticky thread or, better yet, give me a brief list of instructions for uploading images to this thread from Rapidshare. I have some unseen Stooges pics (late 70 or early 71) to upload.

Then we can all play 'guess the guitarist'. If late '70, it might be Zeke or Bill. If '71 it might be Williamson or Recca. I used to think it was Dave, but now I'm thinking Williamson. Or Zeke. Gah! It never ends...

The dude on the right is Kip, seems he was in an LA punk band called Shock. Don't know who the redhead is - she was in a photo with Ron that was recently posted. I think the 2 photos were probably taken on the same night.

I think that's Coral Shields, Iggy's then-girlfriend. She's also in the pic with Kim Fowley, Shaun Cassidy etc. Her sister is Sable Starr.
