Stooges - Fun House - Original UK Pressing confirmation

Please can someone help I recently bought a NON gatefold sleeve copy of Funhouse, on the battered sleeve it states manufactured by polydor records ltd london, it is on a white black and red Elektra label, (c) 1970 , Made in England.On the cover under Elektra it says Elektra Standard. Cover printed byE.J Day London, and Bedford. I have been collecting Iggy Stooges stuff since 1973, and have never seen an original U.K pressing,as they are super rare, is this the real thing???

There was a UK pressing of "Fun House" with a red label in 1970 however it was also a gatefold. What's the category number?

Hi, Thanks for the info, yes the number is 2410 009...I should have put that in, the original post.

Very strange, I can't find any "Fun House" pressing to match that. Weird. Sorry since this is no help.

Thanks for the feedback, after scouring the internet and finding little informaion. I have unearthed my original UK Funhouse review from New Musical Express , December 19th 1970, The Stooges Fun House Elektra 2410 009 29 shillings and 10 pence.
It appears that Elektra Albums were issued with different serial numbers to the U.S.A , also it was released on the Elektra Standard label.Elektra Standard was a new term that Polydor (who distributed for Elektra) had introduced and was a budget line reserved for albums that they deemed to be of a minority interest. so it seems that the Stooges UK Funhouse did not have a gatefold sleeve.Unless there is another version.

Can´t you scan the label? It´s easier to identify.

I was interested in what the review said too, it must be quite a piece of history (at least for those of us - like me - who are curious about such things).
