| Listening to some of the Sao Paulo tracks, is it just my hearing or has Iggys voice come back?. I thought he was sounding pretty weak live in the last years (not in the studio), maybe he just needed a rest, whatever, he's awesome at this concert. In fact the whole band are in great form, fantastic. | You're serious? Iggy sounded like he can;t make it anymore at a few moments, and the band made a few mistakes here and there. Not surprising, they hadn't been practising a lot at that time, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Having said that, I really enjoyed the concert, great to hear this songs again played in this formation. | |

| You're joking right? I thought the band were great through out (apart from "Fun House" which made me cringe) there was an air that the music might fall apart at any minute which I loved. BUT Iggy's vocals were lazy and pretty awful in my opinion, he really needs to step up his game rather than just do that shrill high pitched warbly shriek or flat monotonous crooner voice he used for the bulk of the material. | |

| I dont hear that GFE , especially the first 3 songs there is a lot of power and command in his voice which has been missing for a while, later in the set there are a few blips but generally i think its a great vocal performance. | |

| I gotta agree, the vocals were pretty painful and his rants and screams and curses are getting cringeworthy. I'd like to hear him just sing and not scream | |

| Agree, he needs to work on his vocals (I think it is possible..) but those web-cast Sao Paulo videos have a very rough/distorted sound anyway, so some might sound worse than in reality. |

| Some of us like hearing the screechy high end vocals, as part of the "go all out" "go for it anyway" Stooge mentality. Nice break from "Hair Of The Dog" basso. Are any of you sexagenarian singers or know them? They tell me one's throat tightens over time and many vocal exercises are necessary to keep one's voice where one wants it. I wouldn't want a "professional"-sounding Ig anyway. | |

| Take it from someone who has seen him at his best and worst, you always want Iggy, wild and free, no extra ingredience required! | |

| Let Iggy be Iggy. Croon or croak, he's still by far better than listening to 99% of the crap that now permeates the airwaves. | |

| hmm on Funhouse he goes more of less "I'm so happy..i'm so fucked up. Funhouse. I feel alright, yeah I feel alright..Blow, speed" I hope that is in jest, becuase iggy has been nice and sober for a while. Eh..I assume he is just remembering back to when funhouse was recorded i hope. What do you guys think? | |
