I think this is highly unlikely. The Stooges sticked to similar setlist design i.e. in 1969 debut album stuff, 1970 "Fun House" stuff. Songs were added to the setlists and taken away in a pretty clear order. Though there were undoubtably some songs they played live but never recorded they were also really reluctant to play covers. With "Louie Louie" and "Money" being exceptions ("Heavy Liquid" and "Dead Body" stole only lyrics) but I expect they were nothing more than warm ups or for fun in the studio.

Also, many of the few 'odds and ends' (ie not just covers, but one-off) songs that the Stooges did, particularly in the '73-'74 period, Iggy resurrected at some point - ie Cock in My Pocket (think that was done in '79?), Louie Louie etc.
