Stooges play London 2008!!!

thought so donald, im surprised that stooges are above supergrass, not surprised as in suprergrass are better - (cos we all know thats not true!) but that theyd put stooges on after them, i dont think festival goers and ppl who dont know stooges think of them as a headlining act u'no, i dunno, hopefully this shows they are only goin up in ppls minds!!

tho i suppose they are second last (after the pistols) at IOW, thats pretty high up

I remember watching an interview with Farris Rotter from The Horrors and Iggy after the the two bands played at the Rock The House gig last year, Iggy said next time the stooges play the UK The Horrors can support em. Wonder if they'll play Get Loaded...

I messaged the bands myspace, asking if there was gonna be any more UK stooges shows this year.

They've added the Hives to this. Great live band.

Been wanting to see The Hives for ages! Can't wait!
Seen The Holloways about 3 times, They're pretty good too.

The Gossip and Gogol Bordello are excellent too. I love them. They've both got bags of personality and quality tunes. Beth Ditto and Eugene Hutz are great front-people. Reeeeeeeally looking forward to seeing them on the same stage as Iggy. Excellent.

Only bad point is it means going south of the river.. I think I can just about manage it though.. venturing into the wilds of darkest south London.. oh the things I do for Iggy!
