ok ok, so with the band created below, and you have to play the songs with the band in mind, here we go, its just 2 shows, they both start the same and end the same

vocals: iggy
backing vocals: stacey heydon *1
guitar: ron
second guitar; james (i love the '71 stuff)
drums: scott / hunt sales
keyboard: bob scheff *2

night one

1970
Loose
fresh rag
i'm sick of you
hard to beat
i wanna be your dog
o solo mio
claustrophobia
dirt
electric chair
funhouse
encore

little doll
you dont want my name
sounds of leather
she creatures
open up and bleed (seguing into)
Freak*

*the kind heard on she creatures of the hollywood hills version on back to the noise

night two

1970
gimme some skin
see me dancing
i got a right
rubber legs
search and destroy
scene of the crime
she creatures of the hollywood hills
you better run
thats what i like
open up and bleed

encore

shake appeal
i wanna be your dog
real cool time / no fun
funhouse (seguing into)
Freak

there we go, not bad, try to imagine the stuff being played by that band u'no, my preference is towards stooges 1970 and stooges 1971 and stooges 1974

Great to imagine how your gig would be. Totally different one than mine.
Much more Rock and Roll!
You put also stuff from Skull Ring isn't it?
What about your bass player and where is Scott Thurston!

What I meant about the song 'Dum Dum Boys': I hope this was written in earlier days by Iggy in the early Stooges times. So is it a Stooges song or is it written later in the Bowie days? Love the song.

That's actually also why I long to see 2 lists, one Stooges list and 1 mixed out of all songs. How about that? ok with encore!

hi JLTS, You got a killer gig!
The Stooges won't last..they will die on that one!
They gonna need lots of high energy and the guitarists steel fingers!
Hahaha....

like it that the people can stay on stage (and than go with them backstage....haha)

Fun to read these lists cyclops

your gig will also be on fucking high energy!!!
2 songs less long: So The Stooges probably will still live after the encore.
That's preferable lol!

Mc, Your list comes a bit close to mine.... I love this imploded aggression in songs like 'Johanna' and 'Dirt'. superb idea: 20 min. freak version of Open Up and Bleed

wow The5thRamone37 his idea: 2e encore...55 minute louie louie..is that possible...ever heard? fun

Great idea of HSJW to put the list it in yr Ipod.
Except for dumdum boys (have it only on dvd) i put my list on a cd. I should do it with all these lists to make a choice which one is the best. Maybe an idea for a poll?

I bet Big Time Bum was a killer, such a shame none of this period was recorded - Way Down in Egypt, Searching for Head, etc such great titles. I've always wanted to hear My Veins Are Crying because of the wicked title but I don't suppose that'll ever happen. come on Easy Action get your shit together and get on the hunt for all the great unrealeased Stooges out there, now that you've taken over the mantle from Bomp n'all!
