Came today in Calgary, AB (that's Canada people). I think if they had used some better fitting packing material, the stapled on spine thing would have arrived in better condition. Getting tossed around in that loose bubble envelope surely caused unnecessary damage. Other than that, it's a wonderful looking set and I'm going to listen to some when I get a chance.

I think the staple/spine thing probably gets damaged when the cds and booklets are carelessly inserted by the manufacturer.

Still nothing. This has gone way past an acceptable delay. If I don't receive it by Monday EA can either FedEx me one overnight or return my money. I am completely done with this crap. I bet I could order the damn thing from frickin' Amazon right this second and it would be here before the other one arrives. That is if it ever does arrive.

Got mine today. It has hit the East coast. Just got home so I have not listened yet but I am happy, happy, happy. It feels good just to hold the set and look at it.

Receivied mine, plus tshirt, in the wilds of North florida. Put all cds on the player and listened all weekend. From another room it sounds like a concert going on down the street, amps buzzing, people shouting.

I still have nothing. Never again will I buy directly from Easy Action. Never. At this point I am seriously doubting the validity of their claim that all orders were shipped by September 22. I will freely admit that the USPS is one crappy institution when it comes to delivering shit promptly, but these things were supposedly confirmed in the US on Sept. 23 and it still hasn't arrived. Either it's lost or it was not sent on the date claimed. Ultimately, I don't have what I paid for and seriously don't think at this point that I am going to get it. EA can either send me one today via FedEx or UPS with a tracking number or refund my money and I can order one from Amazon and most assuredly have it before the end of the week. Period.

My sentiments exactly. The running joke around the time of the crap Starfighter release of the St. Louis show was that is sounded like the coolest gig in the world was taking place three blocks away in an underground bunker. yeh, it sounds like it might be lost you should check with both EA and whoever the US postal service is

I have been communicating with Edie at EA, who by the way has been very helpful and patient even when I was being a bit of a douche bag about this situation, and she said today that they were going to courier me a replacement. I really hope it goes out today via a courier that offers tracking info. Edie said that there were 4 other people in my area that have as yet to receive theirs as well. So, I guess I'm not alone in my misery.

EA is one of the few companies that really seem to care about their customers. They replaced my SRB-box, which had been damaged in the mail (bad packaging) without hesitation and were extremely polite and helpful about it.

Got mine today, ordered on September 23rd. Good job! Packaging was well, the previously described tears in the sleeve are there, but hell, I'm not going to complain one bit. My favourite purchase of this year so far!

F*CK FED EX!!!!!!!! It looked like I was finally going to get my box set, but f*cking FedEx decided that my secluded neighborhood full of old people was a"nonsecure" condition. I was gone a little over an hour this morning and those assholes came by not 25 minutes before I got back and thus refused to leave the goddamn thing in my carport. Now I either have to drive 20 miles to the FedEx hub at 6:00 this evening to pick it up or wait until tomorrow. If that frickin' package has so much as a smudge on it I'm going to stick my foot so far up some FedEx persons ass that they'll need a Proctologist to remove it.
