That being said on Facebook there are probably ten Iggy Pop's with one being the real one (I think) and three James Williamson pages with two being real.

Well wikipedia have his birthyear at 1950, but wikipedia isnt the most reliable source ever. I doubt he would have finished high school in 1971 as he looks in his early 20's rather than late teens in the pics we have seen him when he was in the Stooges...

Possibly... but why would he go back to school and finish it??? I really do not think that is him... he doesnt look young enough in the pics we've all seen.

The photo (which is small and difficult to see) seems to be of Recca and Dave Gilbert. It seems to be a New Order photo.

Graduating High School in 1971 means you were most likely born in 1953. And anyone can log onto that ClassMates sight and use any name they choose. I don't know why you would, but you can.
