Toronto 28/10-1982. It was officially released as bonus disc to Zombie Birdhouse on the 2CD edition from 2003...

I found the bootleg and the original ZB CD's both sounded better to my ears...subtle, but while the newer 2CD has that cleaner 'remastered' sound, the originals had more depth, which personally I prefer.
