Supposedly going to be braodcast on Fuse TV: http://www.fuse.tv/ontv/shows/rock-hall-2010/Iggy is pictured in three different articles/photo spreads on that page. I guess the poeple at Fuse TV are Stooges fans. I'm not sure about web streaming.

| Dee Dee was at the Unganos shows, its doubtful Metallic KO had too much influence on the youthful Ramones as they played CBGBs 3 years before Metallic KO was released. Dee Dee is not a very reliable source for anything LOL... | |

OK, I just rewatched the sections of "End of the Century" that make prominent mention of the Stooges as well as show Stooges clips over "No Fun" & "Down on the Street." In chapter 2, "We Were Real," Dee Dee talks about how he met the other guys via a mutual like of the Stooges. He says that they and a couple of other friends were the only people who like the Stooges and everyone else hated them. So, if you liked the Stooges you had to hang together. And he didn't actually say that they listened to Metallic KO, he said they listed to a "live Stooges tape." So, what particular live tape that might have been is a mystery. Then in chapter 3, "Childhood," Joey talks about escaping the ailenation of childhood through music by "putting on something soothing like the Stooges." And he also mentions going to see the Stooges with the other guys. So, obviously the Stooges were a major influence on the Ramones.

| I think Fuse TV will stream it, but is it free? It doesn't make it clear on the site.
Will any mainstream US channels broadcast this?

| It is only on Fuse. In the US you must have satellite TV service to view this. | |

| I was told only satellite stations but I would suggest if anyone has Fuse on cable, by all means check it out. Please post if new info on viewing is available. | |

| Apparently, from what I can tell from entering my zip code, Charter and Comcast carry Fuse TV. However, that doesn't mean that they are going to broadcast the inductions. http://www.fuse.tv/channelfinder.html | |

| My local cable Fuse is advertising it, but maybe they'll black it out like sports events. | |

I've got it here on Saint Paul, MN Comcast even though the Fuse website said "contact your cable provider". It looks like it won't be blacked out as far as I can tell. I'll be recording it in some form or another.

| It'll be on Youtube tomorrow in two or three parts. If I recall, the HOF will have parts of it up on their website too and you can see other bands that have been inducted in the past as well. I'm all set--I got my chair infront of the TV and new video all set to record. Funny thing is, I record all this Iggy/Stooge stuff and NEVER watch it again. Big pile of junk taking up real estate in this house. | |
